So here’s what was in the fridge tonight:
One night I was scouring the bottom of my resources for something to cook. I had four pieces of frozen chicken in the freezer, a bottle of Mike’s Hard Lemonade in the fridge, and a mango on the counter. If you’re like me, you don’t spring for heavy cream. So my white russian just uses whole milk instead:
1. Mix all together and pour over ice* in a cocktail glass. Serve.
*I don’t like ice. So I keep my coffee liqueur in the fridge and my vodka in the freezer. Then I can skip the ice and have a drink that tastes good from the first sip to the last.
